ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER
A life long Photographer David is self taught and in the
last 3 years has worked with some of the best Landscape
and Wildlife Photographers in the Country to further develop
his art.
Born in Manchester and with a backgound in Textiles and
Design David has a natural feel for composition which shows
in his images.
Now living in Stockport David loves the great outdoors
and all aspects of Nature and Wildlife. He is a keen Walker
and travels all over the Country from the Highlands of Scotland
to Cornwall and all of Britains National Parks to record
their natural beauty.
"I consider myself very lucky to be able to go to
and enjoy some of the most wonderful wild places in the
British Isles and share them with others through my photography.
My aim is to create evocotive images that convey my love
of the countryside and the joy I feel being out and about
in some of the Britains wilder and less inhabited places."
Equipment used.
Hasselblad XPan for the Panoramic
images.
Film is Fuji Velvia for its rich colour tones.
Digital images are taken with a Canon EOS 10D
Lenses Canon EF 100-400 and a Sigma EX 24-70.
